RE: Transporting of Patients from the Seminole County Jail


For continuity of medical care and known security reasons, please follow the direction of SCJail nursing staff and/or the SCJail medical provider when determining transport destination.  The majority of the patients transported from Seminole County Jail should be transported to HCA Lake Monroe. Exceptions to this rule would include pregnancy related patients, recent surgery or procedure at another facility, or specific direction this is a directive from SCJail nursing staff or providers.

Please direct your crews to follow the destination plan directed by SCJail nurses or providers.
