===Transport of Psychiatric Patients===&lt;br /&gt;

Effective Immediately . . . this directive rescinds the directive of April 12, 2010 . . .&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
For the transport of psychiatric patients, the following criteria will be used:&lt;br /&gt;
* A stable Baker Act patient without substantial medical issues . . . . . will be transported to SSH&lt;br /&gt;
* A Baker Act patient with medical issues . . . will be transported to the nearest facility&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
South Seminole Hospital has a new CEO, this has been discussed with him by Dr. Parekh and the above is what they determined to be the criteria to be utilized.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
